Chicken Pasta SaladThis is a nice, simple and healthy lunch time meal, try this Chicken Pasta Salad.


  • 1/2 cup cooked wholemeal pasta
  • 100g cooked shredded chicken
  • 20g baby rocket leaves
  • 2 chopped Roma tomatoes
  • 20g sliced Kalamata olives
  • 1 tblsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil


Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and enjoy.

Sometimes simple food is the best, this is an excellent lunch meal.
