This is a nice, simple and healthy lunch time meal, try this Chicken Pasta Salad.
- 1/2 cup cooked wholemeal pasta
- 100g cooked shredded chicken
- 20g baby rocket leaves
- 2 chopped Roma tomatoes
- 20g sliced Kalamata olives
- 1 tblsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and enjoy.
Sometimes simple food is the best, this is an excellent lunch meal.
