- ½ cup self-rising flour
- ½ cup plain flour
- ½ cup dextrose
- 125 g macadamia nuts
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 100g butter, melted and cooled
- Vanilla essence
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with paper.
- Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl, add the macadamia nuts.
- Mix together, the egg, butter and vanilla, pour into the dry ingredient.
- Roll dessertspoonful into a ball and press onto the lined tray.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
