Macadamia Nut Biscuits

Macadamia Nut BiscuitsIngredients

  • ½ cup self-rising flour
  • ½ cup plain flour
  • ½ cup dextrose
  • 125 g macadamia nuts
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 100g butter, melted and cooled
  • Vanilla essence


  1.  Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with paper.
  2. Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl, add the macadamia nuts.
  3. Mix together, the egg, butter and vanilla, pour into the dry ingredient.
  4. Roll dessertspoonful into a ball and press onto the lined tray.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes.
